It?s 6:30, they open at 6:00 and the employee just showed up and won?t open the doors? I would say this isn?t a well run example... of the otherwise great fast food resturant. Read more

This Jack in the box is a great place. Friendly staff and fast service.
EDIT 2: Went to go use my voucher today. Drove around back to to find an employee (a line cook possibly) smoking next to the... wide open service door that leads to the kitchen. Didn't place an order and drove off. EDIT: Was finally contacted by Corporateto see what happened, a refund was mailed to me in the form of a voucher. ORIGINAL: Absolute trash. Manager was super combativeeven after she had admitted she was wrong and still refused to refund me for the items that were missing from the order.Submitted multiple inquiries to try and get the money back from these missing items and (not to be funny) have not heard Jack...Would love someone to contact me to get this sorted out, but I am running out of options. Went to go through the drive through at 10:30 when they are suppose to close at 11:00. The employee there was closing early and... turned away multiple people. The employees at this branch don?t seem to open and close on their own time according to otherreviews as well. Read more
