I showed up on my birthday for my free drink because I have an account with Starbucks and I got an email to redeem my free drink... or pastry. I went inside and showed the email and this guy told me I needed to download the app. My phone was having trouble andI couldn't do it and they were very nice to surprise me on my birthday with no empathy and let me walk out without my drink.Horrible experience! Hours were wrong. Not open at 515 am on a Monday morning when posted hours say open at 5 am. Bummer!
