If that is the case, why are not Starbucks complying with the California Health and Safety code HSC 113969and Food code 2-402-11? Hair Nets! They follow all other codes: Wear a Mask, Do not provide straws, condiments to yourcustomers, unless they ask. Could please anyone at Starbucks corporate office respond to this feedback?
