Flame Broiler is pretty consistent throughout SoCal. This ones not particularly pretty or clean or lively, but it does the job.
I like the idea of coming in and getting some hot good tasting fast food that you feel good about eating. This place is one of... my favorite fast stops for lunch. Had an issue with the lady at the cash register i always get veggies on the side in a separate bowl nd she was giving me a hard... time every other flame broiler i go to doesnt have a problem but this one does . food is good but the customer service is bad.Also i noticed she gave me very little meat and rice when i usually get a good amount. One of the bathrooms is marked as out of service, the other bathroom has no hand soap. I told the lady at the counter they... didn't have soap and she said they are getting a delivery in 15 minutes and I could use hand sanitizer. 25 minutes later and nosoap delivery. I left and I realized half way through eating my food that I don't know how the employees are washing their handswithout soap. I'm not sure if hand sanitizer is a viable substitute.
