The sushi chefs are friendly and will take the time to talk with guests and offer the special touches that make a difference in... presentation and professionalism. The other staff pays attention to details and keeps everything nice and clean. The outsidepatio sits above Lake Mission Viejo and has beautiful views and is a great spot to be around sunset and dusk. It was missing the flare . For the high price of a roll you should have nice garnishes and sauces. Now it's just a roll on a... plate. You would have to ask for Ginger and a wasabi and then give you such a small amount. For the high prices they can atleast give you some ginger & Wasabi. Read more
The hubby and I got their Don's Prex Fixe Course Menu for a special date night instead of our usual rolls (the ginja roll is iur... favorite). We were seated at one their tables right by the edge of the balcony and the view was beautiful and relaxing.Everything was perfection, from the service down to the quality of all the food served that day. We did get there early and beatthe dinner rush so may want to keep that in mind. Also, since it's by the water, there may be those nats flying about dependingon the time of day, in which case you may want to be seated further in. Highly recommend. Read more
You have to try their Langostino roll! Also recommend the black cod. Great views, food, and customer service. The perfect place... for a celebration or just a random weeknight dinner.
