I am fan of burrito boyz and visited on Thrusday. Staff is not trained, took forever to prepare orders. It even busy but they... should have staffs accordingly. We can?t waste time for 2 Burritos and it takes them to prepare around 15-20 mins. Worst serviceever. I won?t go again and won?t recommend this location. ???????????????????????????????? Read more
i ordered online a large bean burrito and i did not select bell pepper but they put it in my burrito. i made it medium spice but... it was extremely spicy . it doesn?t stop here. then i call to the location and put my phone on hold for long time and not replyfurthermore, i tried 10 quick calls but they put my call on busy and after 4 minutes i tried calling again and bell was goingbut no one answered. i the bill receipt they didn?t mention any bell pepper then why the put and i got a sauce on the side whichi didn?t ordered. bad day i was regular customer and it happened before also but i was silent but this time it was too much .never gonna ordered again.
