I am usually quite impressed with both the service and quality of products at this location in the summer. Unfortunately, today... (Monday, October 17, 2022) at 7:30pm I was completely appalled by the lack of quality that went into preparing my cookie doughblizzards. We spent around 16 dollars (2 small blizzards and one medium chocolate dipped cone) and the 2 blizzards we orderedhad a total of 4 cookie dough pieces. I am not even exaggerating and I have videos I took on my phone to prove this point, shallthe manager of this location be interested in seeing them. Over 5 dollars per blizzard and all we wind up with is vanilla icecream?! This is not what we signed up for when ordering 2 cookie dough blizzards. There should be adequate amounts of pieces. This should not be something you may or may not acquire when ordering a blizzard. This should be a standard. Your staff areeither undertrained or just do not care enough about the importance of ensuring quality in the products they prepare for theircustomers. In either case, you have lost a loyal customer with me and my family. There are other locations in Mississauga whounderstand the importance of quality and meeting standards that ensure their customers are satisfied with their business. Wewill take our business elsewhere moving forward, and hopefully this post encourages you, management, to look into how your staffis operating. Very disappointing. Read more

I?m always a fan of Dairy Queen Clarkson branch and encounter the rudeness of lady with eyeglasses on month of September An... delivery Oct 9, 2022. Thanksgiving. 1. I ask if they have a coupon as I left my coupon at Home and was answered a Loud voice ofNO when she can?t say it in a nice way. 2 The latest on Oct 9, 2022 When I ordered 2 kids meals And forgot to tell not toinclude cucumber, so while I?m seeing it being prepare I was able to step in in only an inch Of the entance and tell the onepreparing as there?s no available person in the cashier With no cucumber. She approached me that I should not be stepping inthe entrance as It?s only for the employees and said rudely and disrespectful for a senior customer. So I really very shock with her rudeness. And the result is so frustrating That my request was still ignored. The outcome of this, those Hamburgerswent to waste. I recommend this to the manager to send this employee for customer service training and proper handling with client esp for the seniors in order to retain their customers like me! Read more

I was never a supporter of wearing masks but I am not sure how the employees are not all wearing masks with the rancid smell... inside this Dairy Queen. Is the same mop bucket for the washroom used around the whole restaurant?! Was that mop used to cleanthe windows?? Is the washroom overflowing? I would like to mention that the employee did not do the flip test on my blizzardand it was melted as well. Tasted delicious tho. 8.7/10 blizzard -10/10 smell of the place Overall 2/5 Read more

Stingy rude and not kids friendly. Came here with 4 small kids ordered 4 ice cream, one for each child plus some food. The... children wanted to share their ice cream flavours so we asked for 4 styrofoam cups. Me being 9 months pregnant carrying all thisto the patio, unfortunately dropped one cup. I sent my 6 years old into the restaurant to ask for an additional cup, he cameback to tell me the lady said ?NO? (one word) First of all there is something wrong with a person if they feel the need to beimpolite to a 6 year old child. I then proceeded to go into the store to ask for an additional styrofoam cup, and the cashierlooked at me dryly and said ?would you like to pay for it??. (Usually other Dairy Queen locations only charges for logo cupsand not styrofoam ones) This place is definitely not kids friendly or customer service friendly. I spoke to the manager on dutywho told me they already gave me 4 ?free? cups. I then came to explain the problem is not that I have to pay for it, the problemis the way your cashier handled the situation and condescendingly spoke down to us for asking for an additional cup in which heresponded ?how else would you like her to say it to you??. (Your customer service quality training should not be my problem, whyeven ask me this question?) I?m flabbergasted to be receiving this type of treatment from Dairy Queen! I?m pretty sure thefranchise wouldn?t condone this type of treatment towards customers who are loyal to their brand. Read more

I recently went to this location with my 8 year old son and was completely dismayed by one of the staff's behavior. My 8 year... old son has many food intolerances and before I could explain this to the staff member they were very disrespectful and rude. Irequested a specific order, but the individual quickly shot my request down and rudely ignored my order. Judging by some of theprevious reviews, I strongly believe that they need to properly retrain some of their staff on basic common courtesy and respectto their customers. I have visited many other local Dairy Queen franchises in the past and never encountered this type ofbehavior. Very disappointing. Read more
