I had an absolutely wonderful time here. The food was fantastic, the presentation was unreal, and the vibe and atmosphere and... unparalled. Unlike others, I had no delays or waits and was an enjoyable experience through and through. Will definitely be backto try the rest of the menu. I would recommend this place. Read more
Beautiful space! Great for special occasions. An upscale Indian bistro franchise. This location is inside The Food District... within Square One Shopping Centre. It has a big dining room with all style of seating and also patio outdoors as well. Theservice was lovely but slow paced. Food is tasty but it is pricey. For our party of two, we ordered an appetizer, 2 mains, and 2non-alcoholic drinks - and it came to $120 for lunch. Read more
I'm not sure why this place has low ratings. My friends and I had the best time here. They were super accommodating and polite.... The staff and service was amazing. The portions were great, we were SO FULL we couldn't even finish our food. I don't know whypeople like to complain so much! The atmosphere was really cute and the food was so so delicious. I literally only spent $35here including tip and left with so many leftovers. 10/10. Seems like some people have a personal agenda against this place. I wanted to try out this cafe since I enjoyed the decor looking from the outside and I finally did over the weekend for a lunch... that ended up to be close to dinner time. I gave it a 4 star simply because they really need to work on their speed on bringingout the food sooner. I do like to order as much as possible to try on the dishes on the menu but the waiting time was a downer.The lamb chop was overcooked and bit too dry. Rest of the dishes are very good. I like the manager at the bar, he was veryattentive. I love the cocktails here and the presentation is very pleasing to the eye. Would I go back? Yes! But I need to makesure I have a long day to spare for them in case they don't improve on their time management. Read more

Short summary: food is good, service is not, definitely not worth the price. Never ask for 'still water', always ask for tap... water. The food was pretty good and I liked the way the restaurant had put their own twist on a lot of thedishes. Unfortunately, even though we reserved, they didn't seem to have a table ready (granted we were about 10 minutes late).We managed to get a table inside, close to the windows. Unfortunately, a gust of wind would come by our feet every so often,either from the main door or back door. We waited about an hour for our food and weren't given any updates from the staff, butwhen we asked the manager about the delay, we were told that something went wrong with the gas pipes (even though we saw severalothers getting served their food), which is fine, but I do wish we were given an update earlier. After that situation, however,we didn't seem to have any issues. My least favourite part was the fact that this is a restaurant that has staff that will askyou "sparkling or still water?" and if you make the mistake of saying "still water", you will still get charged for the water,despite the price not being listed on the menu. ALWAYS SPECIFY TAP WATER when they ask if you want sparkling or still water. Thereason restaurants will do this is to run up your bill, and thus, the tip. We made the mistake of getting 3 waters (they come inbottles), for which we got charged $18. Read more
