Had some amazing beef bihari rolls (and some chicken) for takeout. Beef was as tender as it can possibly be and there was just... the right amount of chutney and onions. We had a big order of around 12 guys and every single person loved it. Can't wait to trymore of the menu when I am in Toronto next! Usually I like this place, but the customer service was terrible recently. Ordered food and drove all the way from Milton to the... restaurant, only for them to forget to hand us 70% of our order. When we called them back, they knew we didn?t get our fullorder (so why didn?t they call us to come back right away instead of waiting for us to call them?!). The lady I spoke to wouldnot find us a solution and would laugh at me when I asked for the whole order to be refunded due to the inconvenience. She wouldnot provide us with even a partial refund even if we drove another hour to get the remaining food. We ended up not driving toget the food due to her horrible attitude. It was a ridiculous situation and ruined our dinner + moods - will not be orderingfrom here again. Read more
5 stars because the food is awesome and never disappoints. I will say that you guys definitely lack on timing and need to work... on that like yesterday. People are busy, they need to be in and out. 20 min = 40 min here. Update your prices on google it?smisleading. Learn to listen to customers. Plain fries does not mean masala fries.
