I would give less than 1 star. They always get my order wrong! I asked for no spice and they give extra hot. I ordered a second... time and they did the same thing. I ordered Chicken Half and Half with fries and rice on doordash. The fries were not cooked and the rice were filled to the rim.... The chicken was non existent almost. It's frustrating that you wait 30 min for delivery and then the food is not upto thequality. I wish I could give them a ZERO One of the worst managed staff in mississauga at the moment. They are rude, arrogant and with... zero customer empathy. Their souls are dead. They are so blah about your preferences or bothered about the order that youplaced. The students who are working their do not wear gloves while preparing the food and used rotten salads. When you askthem to wear gloves or ask them to make as per the order. They become rude and ruthless and questioning your moral authority toeven ask about the food that your paying for. So, it is better to find another closer location if you want to eat lazeezbecause it is not the food it is the attitude of the franchise that actually matters and at this location the iteration rate ofstudents who are working here is so high that no one wants to work at this specific location just because the overall hygieneand frugality to provide proper gloves to the students who are working here. Lastly, i just want to say that it might soundlike a rant but i felt really offended and i just want to warn others who might see this that - when you have to go out by walkor by car then try to go to some other location coz, this is totally not worth it. your self respect is more important theLazeez.
