Mississauga 329 Lakeshore Road East, Mississauga, ON I bought 1 veggie lovers At this store in person, I upsized the size and I... added extra cheese and stuffed crust added extra beef I paid almost 30$ dollars after over 30 mins replacing and waiting for thepizza the pizza comes out almost burnt all toppings was burnt and dried out! I added extra cheese and was burly any cheese thestuffed crust berly any cheese in the crust and from over cooked the pizza the cheese in the crust it?s gone and dried out! Iwasted my time over 40 mins and wasted my dinner because I throw it in the garbage and I wasted over 27 $ for burnt pizza! Youknow what? I don?t blame the 2 young girls running the pizza hut branch by themselves and their so busy!! Only 2 young girlslike a kids they?re doing the pizza and running the whole intier orders! Poor girls!! Of course they gonna send out burnt anddisgusting pizza I don?t blame them but I blame the business owner! You want to save money!??? You don?t want to hired people tomake real Pizza Hut pizza? So see what you get! Bad reviews and you gonna loose business and customers loyalty! The employee shetook my order and cash me out or checked out my order she touches the money for myself and 2 other customers and then she wentto the kitchen to cook my pizza! I didn?t want to interrupt or upset her by giving her bad complain but how she?s touching Moneyand touching I didn?t want to do that because she?s a hard worker!! She?s doing her best!! Staffing was not very helpful. There was some confusion at the beginning of my order and in the chaos I forgot to use my coupon.... When I tried to get a refund so I could use my coupon, they told me no one on the floor had a manager code to give out a refund?ended up spending an extra $15 on my food for no reason. Garbage location. Signs into the app from the business side offering delivery service, and accepting orders paid through the app... with delivery tip, then making the customer aware after the fact that no delivery drivers are available and the order will haveto be picked up. Pizzas were delicious and hot and ready when we got there. We ordered over the phone. Staff was pleasant and happy. Very happy... with the service and with the quality of the food. **Note: I always ask for my pizza well done. I find regular baking timedoesn't cook the dough under the toppings enough for my liking. The pizza gets a caramelized flavour about it when it's welldone & is really good. Try it. You won't eat it any other way after you do. Read more
