I work in the same plaza and come to Pizzaville very often on my breaks, usually once everyday. The staff is always very... friendly with great fast service! I always get a slice right ready, and is some of the best pizza I?ve ever had! I?d highlyrecommend Pizzaville to anyone, whether it?s wanting a quick slice, or a whole pizza! I ordered online. I prepaid . I even prepaid a tip for the driver as it was contactless delivery. The order was late. Customer... service said he was on his way. The driver rang the doorbell instead of calling my cellphone as directed. I have covid-19 andthe driver didn't seem to care. Customer service was absolutely no help. And the pizza was cold . Decent pizza but the staff either dont pqy attention or have a language barrier. Its important the the customer double checks... their own order here because they make mistakes. One time I left without dips that I paid for. This time we ordered a mushroompizza and when we got home we opened the box to pepperoni. Also I just noticed we paid $27 for a medium 1 topping pizza ($10special) 1 panzeroti ($6.36) and 2 dips ($1.98) which should have been 20.71 with tax....now I can feel comfortable leaving 1star and not returning here Read more

Absolutely terrible pizza and service. 0stars if I could. Ordered 3 separate times from this location 1st time I ordered 8... garlic sticks with cheese. They gave me 4 and told me that this is the biggest it comes and refused to make 8 sticks. 2nd timeI ordered a large pizza , came out burnt. I showed it to them and they said no it?s not burnt and said I asked for well done. Inever asked for my pizza to be well done. Refused to make it again. 3rd time I ordered 2 panzos 1 baked and 1 fried, both cameout falling apart. In the box the panzo split open and leaked all over the box. I showed it to them and they refused to make itagain.
