If cooking becomes a chore and you don't love it anymore STOP!! I used to come here all the time for a large jerk chicken rice... and peas coleslaw with oxtail gravy and 2 festival. (YES mi love niam) I went back yesterday after almost a year and I was VERYdisappointed. The chicken was TOUGH and dry out. The rice and peas had ZERO flavor, the coleslaw which is usually creamy wasextremely dry. The oxtail gravy tastes like a beef bouillon mix they drop one piece of meat in there and call it oxtail gravy.No man, this really hurts my soul but I have to talk truth!!! The service by some of the staff is completely horrible, but the newer staff and what I believe to be the one staff member that... has been there the longest are extremely nice. Sometimes the lineup/wait time is quite long but the food has never disappointedme. The quality has always been great. Read more
Went in today, ordered a jerk chicken dinner, went home and checked their was 2 piece of burned chicken legs that is not edible... and one that is half burnt took a bite and tossed it out as well. They used to serve good quality chicken here but i guess timehas changed, and the price has went up 3-4 dollars from it's original price. Not acceptable and wont be returning again, youhave lost a customer who have been showing loyalty to you for years. Read more
