Invited a couple new to Stonehooker for lunch yesterday. The waitress was attentive and knowledgeable about the different brews.... The lunch menu is extensive, but not vegetarian or gluten-free friendly. The wrap of the day (Chicken Taco) which was good aswas the vegetarian burger. The pasta salad was okay, but the potato curry salad was flavourless. The salsa and tortilla chipsare overpriced for the few chips and the commercial salsa. Overall, fine if you like meat and bread. Could have a few vegetarianoptions and incorporate fresh produce, especially at this time of the year. Read more

Sadly was not a big fan. The space has some cool design elements, but is small. A second area is like, part store, part ... seating?, part office?. Confusing. Lots of outdoor space which is nice. Service was super slow but the kid had a goodattitude. Tried a couple of IPAs which were just ok for me. Read more
Great beer at very fair prices. They have some classics that are always available and then a bunch of brews that always change.... It is refreshing to have a craft brewery in the GTA that does not charge you outlandish prices. The patio setting isgreat. Chef Cal's food is overpriced and not good. Get a burger from Chef Cal and then go get a burger from Burger's Priest andcompare for yourself. The bread that is served with the spinach dip is horrid and dry. The nachos come with like 5 tbsp ofsalsa so i hope you like plane nacho chips. They need to improve the food in a serious way. Read more

The beer was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy + delightful, with local musicians, lighting, etc. The jerk-pineapple burger... was really good, though the side of the watermelon with feta was a bit odd. It did feel, at times, like our server forgot us,but it was pretty busy. It's also dog-friendly with the outdoor seating, which is great to not forget our furry friends. Read more
