I bought 3 drinks and a donut but the lady who took my order was rude. As i took 2 orange pekoe tea so i asked for seleve but... she told me we dont put seleve on tea like seriously man. OMG, this people working at this location, if I own this place, I will fire all of them, very unprofessional, very rude, very... dirty, never had my order correct, always have to go inside after drive through, today I just paid $7.65 for nothing, I orderedsomething and get something else, went inside and been lessened that it is my mistake, I gave wrong order, and again receivedwrong item, very bad shape and seems they mopped the floor with my sandwich before giving back to me. I left everything on thecounter and left. Will never go there again. Seems to me Tim Horton management are getting worse and worse, I am not the onlyone complained, there are many. For some reason the staff always gets the order wrong, today I order two loaded wraps, one chicken and one veggie, when I get my... order....surprise two chicken wraps..????, when I asked the staff to correct the order they said they don't have more veggiewrap and they gave me 2 hash browns instead..???? The chicken wraps I got are terrible prepared compared to other Timslocations (see pic). On the weekend the place is always dirty and messy, very poor management, very poorly trained staff, notcoming back. Read more
