I like my ice cream a little firmer when served on the cone...is it frozen as firm as it should be?
Arrived at 11:45 to order a cake for my husband?s birthday and the door was locked but lights were on. Called and no one... answered. Very inconvenient. Read more
Decided to have my husband stop in for a treat that I can't eat (more on that in a sec). He walked in to immediately be told... they were closed, which they weren't. Then he was being hit by a broom from an employee who never once said excuse me. Whileordering he said exactly what I wanted. I wanted one scoop of ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream, and a cherry. Whatever sizeis the cheapest. Just whatever you do, no nuts. Well, I am in the truck due to being sick and not wanting to infect others andwatching the guy making my ice cream licking his fingers and dipping them back into my ice cream and doing it again beforecovering it in nuts. I am so disgusted. This was at 9 pm tonight. They charged 8 bucks for saliva and nut covered ice cream. Inormally do not post reviews, but this was too disgusting to not share. They didn't have the most enthusiastic customer service and did not offer to help me with the cake book that is falling apart.... The guy just looked at me and he gave up when I asked for a Frozen cake. The lady in the back had more knowledge but she wasn'toverly friendly either. I did eventually get my cake ordered and it wasn't bad. Read more

I love coming to this Baskin-Robbins because it is so convenient to where I live. I?m in there at least once a week, mostly on... Sundays. However, the lack of customer service exhibited today took me back. When I entered the establishment there was nogreeting from the young lady standing at the cash register, just a stare! I proceeded to walk down the aisle and two gentlemendid not even acknowledge me standing there. Usually on Sundays the business is crowded but I was the only customer along withanother young lady that came in and took a seat. One of the young men finally acknowledged me and asked if I was ready??? I wasready when I came in for my order is always the same. When I told him ?Yes? he proceeded to complete what he was previouslydoing and the other young man standing actually asked me what my order was. As I was paying and getting ready to leave I askedif they had napkins and the young man that took my order said they?re in the napkin holder in front of you! The reason I askedis because the holder was empty! When I told him this he came around to fill it. I?m all for hiring young adults to get themready for the real world but customer service is above all the first lesson that needs to be taught and followed consistently! Read more
