Very disappointed with the service...I ordered $90.00 dollars worth of food. Several items were not within the bag upon... delivery. I thought no problem I will call and they should correct it, as i'm sure they will see that we frequent theirestablishment by accessing our number in their system and they'll make this RIGHT. WRONG!!! The manager in a condescending tonebasically said that I was lying driver had the order correct. So now I have to prove to you that I'm not trying to steal twosalads and some pasta. The question I'm left asking myself is why continue to spend close to $100.00 a pop for poorservice. Needless to say, me and my money will go to one of the many other pizza establishments. Place has gone downhill since Covid unfortunately. Timing of when food will be ready is not accurate at all. They make you get... back in drive-thru line twice or more. Employees are nice enough, but with several other pizza places nearby… I’m not sureif they can compete. Read more
Used to eat here often and loved it. But today had bad experience. Placed a dine-in order was given a total amount and paid but... order was never placed, wasted 40 minutes waiting to learn that they didn’t even put it in the system and never charged mycard. The gentleman that took my order looked like he still needs some training on how to take orders. Very upset, left hungry.They need to work on their service. Food is good tho. Read more
