Long line at drive thru. Finally, started moving. Lady said we need to order online. So, I did. I waited til I got to the window... then heard her telling someone a price. Guess they were all of a sudden accepting drive thru. I had to wait for my order. Iparked on one side. Saw they were giving a lady her order on the other side. So, I went to that area. Seems she was getting thewrong order. The guy at that time kept smoking while waiting til he could go inside. I have asthma to smoking. I probably haven't been to a taxi bell this bad in awhile but the floors were greasy, the staff were on their phones and not... wanting to help customers at the cashier stand. One of the employees looked right at me while on their phone and completelyignored I was wanting to order it took 3-5 minutes before the only good employee was able to see me and then come help. I wouldnot recommend this location to a dog let alone another human. Will never return. Read more
I'm tired of ordering a grilled cheese steak burrito and the whole top of the burrito with that delicious cheese is face down... stuck to the wrapper. Put the corners of the paper so it ends up on top and this problem is solved. Bring it up to them andguess what still face down and disappointment. Read more

Went for breakfast at 9:30. Door locked with sign saying open at 9:00. I left and will not return. Last visit door locked at... 11:00. Opened door to hand bag to me from online order. Got home and bag had no burrito from box order. Had only taco and afew chips and quest. OWNER SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR POORLY RUN STORE.
