Good food. Inside wasn't open, just drive thru. We had a big order and the staff kicked it out in no time.
We went to leave and the doors were locked and we could not exit the lobby. A staff member had to come open the door with a key.... They stated they locked the doors because 2 staff members walked out. We reminded the worker that it?s illegal to lock the fireexits and she just shrugged her shoulders and locked the door behind us with more patrons still inside. This was probably the worst experience I have ever gotten at an Arby?s. Cold and not fresh food with a long wait time. I?m... hoping I just happened to stop at the wrong time and the employees aren?t actually super rude and mean all the time. I wouldthink the food is actually hot and fresh more often than not. Our food was awesome like always but they were mainly working on all the drive thru orders and barely taking time to get us dine... in customers takin care of. I stood at the counter for at least a good 5 minutes before anyone asked me the name on my order.They then started to make our order. Read more
