We came in when the restaurant was almost empty, made our order, and had to wait for what seemed to me an eternity to have our... supposedly fast food. During that time, people keep coming and the queue to get their order kept on growing. I don't know whythe service was so slow. The food was ok. Just what you would expect from this kind of restaurant. The restaurant felt very coldand unwelcoming. Not the place where you would want to stay more than necessary. It was a little slow through the drive through, but they did a really good job. They powered through our gigantic order and... didn't mess up a single thing. They were also very nice and kind. Consistency is key when it comes to fast food for me. I?m not looking for a unique, one of a kind experience. I just want... consistent and good. This Wendy?s lived up to that, despite being severely understaffed. The reason for a four star is it tookquite a while to get the food; understandable considering the number of employees, but it wouldn?t be fair to give a five staror three on that basis. Zero stars. Worst Wendy's ever. They force you to order at kiosk. There are three kiosks, but only one works. A line for one... kiosk. Questtionable cleanliness. Convinced burger was cooked several hours ago and in a warmer that was more like a fridge. Cheese not melted, cold sauce, stale bun stopped together. Asked for a refund. Would not even remake food. This was my first time visiting Wendy's and also my last time. It doesn't seem they want to distinguish themselves from their... concurrents in the fastfood industry. The fries were slightly worse than I'm used to, but the burger was quite tasteless. Toiletwas ok. Drinks too but you can't mess anything up with that. No, I recommend you to drive a mile ahead to McDonald's, which ison all aspects better than Wendy's. Read more
