Drive thru not very busy, yet had to pull forward to await food. Took 12 minutes from order to getting food. Food was good,... hot and prepared correctly. Was out of a menu item though so I had to order something else. Overall, decent experience withroom for improvement. Friendly employees would go a long way in these type of situations. Horrible customer service. Never got an apology with a rude attitude, and a mean face looking like you don't want to work today... " That's your order right?!" while handing me empty cups making me make my own drink deep around the corner in the dinning area.My order was to go! Not dine in, and if that's a freaking new policy for customers to make their own drinks even a to go order.Why the heck is the drink fountain not right next to the order counter?! Might as well give me free drinks then if i have tomake my own. That is a first, other Burger Kings restaurant always make a complete order. Service was poor. We were ignored at the front counter. No one was in drive thru and no other customers were in the lobby. We... waited while employees were talking amongst themselves. When they finally took our order, we were told they were out of sweettea but they would put on some for us. Our order came out.
