Ice cream is always great! Customer service not so much. A young girl by the name of Mary was extremely rude. I watched as she... raised her voice at an older guy in disbelief. She then came over to me and was very nippy. After she made my banana splits theyweren?t made right and I told her to remake them she was rude about that as well. They ended up giving me a refund but it stilldoesn?t make up for the rude employees! If you don?t like your job, quit! Don?t take it out on customers. Read more
It is good ice cream. The portions are generous (i.e. 1 of their scoops =s, 2 scoops at most place). And the price is very... reasonable. Customer service is great. They are hustling to serve their customers! Read more
Sweet ice cream, Alabama! Driving through Mobile, we made one stop: Old Dutch Ice Cream. Perfect way to cool off from the heat,... be sure you check the flavors in both coolers: they have more flavors than those listed on the board! Fabulous and friendlystaff offered multiple samples. I decided on 2 scoops in a bowl: Biscoffi and Cappuccino Chocolate. My husband had a waffle conewith 2 flavors: Chocolate Cookies & Cream and Cookie Dough. It was all creamy, fresh, and delicious. Best ice cream I've ever had! It tastes home made, because they make it in small batches with real ingredients. They have so... many ice cream flavors- something for everyone. You can also get milk shakes, malts, ice cream floats and sundaes/ bananasplits. My whole family loves this place- it's a gem in midtown Mobile:) Read more
