In all my years eating at chipotle, this was by far the worst. Got my app order wrong to start with. My quesadilla was so thick... and dry, there was hardly any cheese in it at all. The brown rice in my burrito was so undercooked that it was super crunchy andalmost inedible. And the guacamole was so salty I couldn?t eat it. If I wasn?t pregnant by myself with a toddler in the car Iwould have taken it all back and had it remade. Read more

We have been eating at Chipotle since well before it came to Mobile, having lived in Tx and Co. The food is always delicious.... This location, though, has been horrible. A few years back, they refused to honor boorito (the halloween special) because wewere apparently 5min early. They threw away all of our food, sent us to the back of the line, and remade it after the appointedtime. Then they still rang it up wrong, charging us more than they should've. We've been going to the other location anddecided to give this location a try again. Our daughter likes to get a kids quesadilla meal and then get an extra kid'squesadilla. We've ordered this over a dozen times and never had any issues. The extra mini quesadilla is like $1-$2. Thislocation flat refused to do that and forced us to order a whole extra kid's meal or have the (already made) extra quesadillathrown out. Then my husband asked for his sour cream on the side instead of inside his bowl and they tried to charge him for anextra side of sour cream and told him that he would be charged for it unless he got it inside of his bowl. Then, as we werepaying, they told us the drink machine was down and all drinks were warm and they had no ice. They were pushing to get peopleto buy glass bottle sodas instead. While we eating, a couple of employees went to where the glass bottles had been left forrecycling and threw them all in the trash. Just a horrible experience for such fantastic food. Slow line, small portions, stale chips, bad service, overcharged us for a side of guacamole we DIDN?T ask for, and forgot to... give us the 2 side tortillas we DID ask for (See receipt, we should have gotten 3 tortillas total). Need I say more? Thecashier, Chloe, had an air pod in her ear and was chatting with someone instead of focusing on accurately ringing up thecustomers. She also left the register to show the grill cook something on her phone so they could have a good laugh while shewas waiting for the slow line people to finish preparing the food. Once they got the food ready she took at least 3 minutes tobag it and didn?t read back the order when ringing it up because she was too busy talking to someone on the phone through herair pod. I don?t know if Chipotle has stopped doing this altogether, or if it is just this location, but there wasn?tcommunication between the line and the cashier about the order. Today, I came in after me and my wife placed a mobile order. The order was not on the pickup station so I asked the employee who... then claimed she had never seen that order and it had never come through. After showing her the confirmation on the order shebecame increasingly rude and asked another associate to check for my order. He found my order within 30 seconds. The order wasfinally remade after about a 10 minute wait. The food tasted alright but it is the complete rudeness of an employee claiming tobe a manager and the lack of concern about a paying customer and their business.
