I used to eat Domino's exclusively. Not anymore. Since I've tried Marcos they are my favorite pizza!
I've been ordering from this location for three years. They started out good but went downhill a lot about a year ago. On my... last three delivery orders they missed the mark on accuracy, quality, and quite honestly customer service. Nonetheless, Iordered from them tonight. Of course, I did it with low expectations. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised! In a phrase, I willsay. THEY'RE BACK. At least they were today. The phone people were much improved, the pizza was actually the best one I'veever gotten from them, and it was delivered in a timely fashion at peak time on a Friday night. Overall a very good experience! Welcome back Dawes Marcos! Update: I ordered the same thing one week later and the pizza was not near the quality oflast week. I changed the 5-stars to 4-stars. I ordered a pizza for delivery. I ordered sausage with jalapeños. I ordered through the app and asked for contactless delivery.... I got an alert that my pizza was delivered, but it wasn?t. The driver tried to deliver it to the wrong house. When he got herehe said my house is hard to find and there were notes that don?t make sense. When we opened the box it looked like they splashedjalapeños from the jar onto the pizza. A section had no jalapeños at all. They were mostly in the middle. Some pieces wereoverloaded with jalapeños and some pieces had none. I guess I?ll go back to using the pick up window and checking my pizzabefore I leave. Read more
We placed our carry-out order through DoorDash, received the notification our order was ready, and went to pick up our pizzas.... Upon walking in, the fella working the counter couldn?t find our order and told me I was at the wrong store. I was not and hadthe notification on my phone to prove it. The fella walked to the back to further look for my food. Nobody told me what wasgoing on with my order, so I patiently sat down and waited. 15 minutes later it was clear that they had never made my food.Nobody said anything to me. Once my food was ready they tried to tell me I still had to pay for it. I ordered through an appthat requires payment when you place your order. When I asked to speak to the manager, someone just walked up from the back ofthe store, pressed a few keys on the register, tells the guy at the counter ?it?s his,? and walks away.
