Only person in line, took 5 minutes to be served. Filet of fish was overfilled with tarter and cheese hanging off the bun, ask... for a replacement and more tarter than the first. Strawberry shake shook like water. Asked the manager did she look at the fishsandwich I returned she says no should I?. If a customer returns his order and yours not concern with the issue, you're notholding your team accountable for bad service and you are the problem. Read more
The bathrooms, dining room floor and tables were disgusting. We were the only people in there at 11:30AM and every table was... dirty. It looked like the mess was from the previous night. We got our food and ate in the car. The food was ok but employeeswere more interested in goofing off than doing their jobs. Read more
They never open on time (according to their hours posted). It's usually closer to 6. They have the lobby open only when it's... convenient to them. The food is always cold and God forbid you change anything on your meal ???? ask for mayo, they cover it init... ask for no pickles/onions it's like the double it! It's absolutely ridiculous! Another thing unrelated to the food but atthis location are the bushes located on eitherof the exit (one is a sago palm and on the others is a tall bush) They block yourview when trying to pull out. I have almost been hit here multiple times to where both vehicles had to slam on brakes. This is ahuge safety issue and could easily cause big financial issues for this location. Read more
Went the other day and they didn't give my kids any fries in their kids meal. Went this morning and the hashbrowns tasted very... strange, we didn't feel comfortable eating them, and cold coffee?!?!. This store has gone downhill in the last year or so andit is not worth wasting your time and money. Read more

Absolutely the worst mcdonalds ever. Milkshake Machine NEVER works. The dining area is hardly ever open and the lines at the... takeout window are always long. Luckly Wataburger is in the other side of the parking lot. At least they're open. Read more
