this is the third time I have been there. 1-7p and no food. 2- 4p still very little food. Third -Final time, 4:15p today ... Waited for approx 8 min watched staff walk back and forth Never once offered service, no other custmers in the restaurant ordrive-thru. 1st time at this location. The food was amazing. I uploaded pictures of the selections and some maybe close to empty but not... for long. They were cooking fresh asap but the customers were coming in & driving through. Jamie and Hailey took care of us. I will come back soon. Read more
The food here is always hot and pretty fresh and the service is okay too. I will say, if you are going to this restaurant an... hour to an hour and a half before closing, beware because you are basically only given the option to order whatever is"leftover" because it seems that they stop preparing new food after a certain time. And if they agree to prepare something foryou and you agree to the wait time, just know that whatever time they give you will probably actually take double as long. 10minutes will actually be more like a 20 minute wait so if you don't have time for that, you may want to pass on the wait times. This place has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I went to the drive thru and made an order . I asked for soy sauce the young lady... said we don?t have any by me , I was like well can you go get some . She say she didn?t feel like going all the way back. SecondI went there one night 45 minutes to close . The young lady said we have select items and we are in the process of closing . Noshe was actually sitting in the side of the building with her headset outside . Please get rid of this place or the sorry subparworkers . Read more
