I like coming to different Ruby Tuesdays mainly for the salad bar. Over all, they seem to do good with keeping it stocked, and... with fresh items and plenty of choices. Their food to me is generally very adequate, but not outstanding. Our tater tots weregood as expected, but both sandwiches seems as though they were the preformed frozen patties, as opposed to fresh. Many placesdo this, and can still turn out with a good meal. They weren?t bad, but they were not fantastic either. As I stated, they werevery adequate. But again, we come to this chain mainly for the salad bar. It rarely disappoints, and to use, the main meal issecondary to the salad bar we come for. So, essentially, we got exactly what we expected to get. Service was pretty good aswell. So, I?m giving it 4 stars because it was everything we expected, but not giving it 5, because they could up their game onthe quality of their main meals. Read more
Salad bar was fresh and very good. I was shocked when my wife and I got a salad and a glass of tea. That is all. Nothing else. ... 35 bucks. I asked the waitress about the amount and she was a little surprised when I asked about it and said "everything ismore". We will stay with our local Ruby's, always fresh and accurate bill. Me and my husband love this place! The burgers are great and the salad bar is always flipped & fresh! EVERYONE is so nice and... there is ALWAYS a manager ready to assist if needed. The music is 80s, 90s, and 00s. It is such a nice place to dine! Read more
We had the absolute best experience with our server Victoria we had a table for 12 people and she handled it with such... positivity and confidence. She joked with us and dealt with our chaotic family and handled everything in a timely manner andvery professionally. She made us feel like family and want to plan another night for all of us again she definitely deserves theworld if not more in her future and we were so blessed to have her as a server for tonight. The food was amazing and cooked toperfection we all left with full bellies and smiling faces im unsure of who the chef was but he/she did a phenomenal job we lookforward to coming back! Read more
