Love everything about Spot of Tea. Has outdoor seating, great service whether you are seated indoor or out. Strawberry Tea is... a must! Food always good and served hot. Go there often and highly recommend to area visitors or locals who haven't found thisplace yet. Read more

A beautiful and unfussy American café with whiffs of French Louisianian vibes. The place can get packed, especially on the... weekends, and can take a while to get a table, but it's worth it. Service is pretty good and homely (thank you Heather!) and thefood is just as great. The Eggs Cathedral, in particular, are a huge portion of delicious food. Worth checking out at leastonce if you're in town! Read more

This place pops up when you search for a place to eat in Mobile. The wait depending upon time of day and where you want to sit... can be extremely long. We got super lucky and were hungry and had a time crunch so needed to eat n get out. We got our seatsright away and our order was taken immediately as well. Little did we know, that we had to wait forever for our food toarrive!! The waitress was sweet and kept encouraging that our food was coming and there was a large group ahead of us, but theexcuses were not justifiable. The large group arrived after we did and the party of 2 who had a different waiter came after usand their food arrived before us. I dont know if because the service left a bad taste or seriously our food was horrible...Iwould probably not go back. My grill cheese tasted sweet n was burnt. My potatoes tasted sweet also with no flavor...I finallyfound the culprit...there was a sauté banana which made my meal sweet. My son was not happy with his rubbery eggs either andhis sweet potatoes! The best part was our delicious chocolate cake...if you are craving something sweet this is a great choice!I loved how the restaurant looked and the vibe....but the service n food failed us this time around. Having browsed the Saturday morning market we stopped for brunch. Such friendly greetings and service, good choice of dishes on... the menu. We opted for the veggie Benedict and wow was it good! Coffee refills kept in coming and it was so relaxing it was hardto tear ourselves away to continue our exploring this charming town. Read more

It’s pretty crowded on a Sunday. We waited 30 minutes for a table. The food is good and good options available. There’s... limited free street parking and also a parking lot in the back $5 for 5 hours. The service was great and waitress wasattentive. It’s good food and service for brunch/lunch. I would say your typical menu. Read more
