Worst experience ever. Walked in 1 person in line. Placed my order. 6 people and 6 orders later. I'm Still waiting and they see... me. Now as I approach the counter the lady asks the The girl hey she's been waiting where's her order then the Girl carelesslythrows her hands i up in the air a few times saying give me a minute give me a minute rudely to the other employee as if Ihadn't already waited patiently enough. I still politely asked for a refund. I wasn't acknowledge for what had just happened andno one even said ma'am we apologize. after getting refunded I turned and as I walked out no one in this establishment said aword. Worst store in Mobile and Baldwin County. Rude staff super slow, unprofessional sour faces, poor service. The management should... be fired and most of the employees. Try getting a few people that care a little about having a job. And provide at least decentspeed and polite service. Not happing at all at this location. Read more
