Usually this is the best Taco Bell but tonight they were horrible, first they didn?t put my order on the screen, the lady kept... rushing me, then when I got to the window she was not very nice, then I get my food and luckily I checked it before I left andmy Mexican pizza was missing the nacho cheese I ordered so I went back around and the lady tried telling me I wasn?t charged forit then I guess she realized I was and said ?pull around we will put it in a cup? then when the girl handed it to me again Iquote ?Here u go?, no I?m sorry or nothing. We had two tries to get this right. I told them to replace my beef with beans because my family is vegetarian. I get home to see... barely anything except tortilla on my Crunchwrap and beef in most of my things. I call them and asked it to be fixed the samenight but the next day I show up and they say they?ll get my order right and I showed up with nobody in line or waiting. I just got this double steak burrito thing from there and it?s almost $8 and when I got it there was mostly cheese and rice in... it barely any steak not worth the price and I have have other issues in the past like them shorting my change giving me thewrong food and just poor quality if you can avoid going there do that. Went to this location taco bell and order a Cinnabon coffee at approx 10:40 am Sunday December 4th. The Manager on duty had the... worst attitude i have ever seen. Extremely repulsive. The coffee was made in correctly three times. Served cold the first time.The next time black. She then brought me a spoon and straw to stir the coffee myself and said the syrup was at the bottom...shethen said just make it again. One of the young lady staff members who was sweet took the coffee. I believe she took both theimproperly made coffees to her manager where she just mixed them together instead of making a fresh pot. Also, the coffee wasnot in the Cinnabon coffee cup advertised online. Horrible experience. I hope she learns how to treat her customers better orshe will soon not have any. Read more
