Unfortunately every time I order through the mobile app at this particular restaurant, they really skimp on everything...... Basically the size of a taco bell burrito with 4 total cubes of chicken. Found this is my Queso dip. I brought it back because it looked raw. When I showed the manager Ryan he was defensive and gas lit... me claiming it was "carnitas" & not chicken...Like OK?! IDC what it was it doesn't belong in people's queso dip. Not only isthat disgusting but it caused my husband to become ill. Ryan Lefurge claimed it wasnt a big deal and proceeded to throw myreceipt away. (Bro, it's not personal at ALL Refund me for it and we're good!!) I called corporate so they could help me atleast, and they claimed I needed a receipt ???? which is understandable except for the fact that RYAN threw it away. If you eat there, great. You can build your own tacos etc. To go food gets really soggy, so have the shells packed separate from... filling. Pay attention to what they serve on your plates. If you say no to something you need to really watch. Some of theemployees are extremely friendly and create a great mood there . None are bad, just some are extra good! The food is great, andyou can get a frequent buyer card that rewards you with their yummy cheesy sauce that stays in your memory forever.. it's thatgood. Menu prices don't reflect receipt prices, asked for salsa, got chopped vegetables in a cup, not salsa. Bill was over $105 for 5... people. That's $21 each. We each ordered 1 entree the most expensive of which was $11. How did we get all the way to $21 withchips and drinks. Chips salsa and drinks were another $5.25 each, was it 30% taxes?
