Came here for some brunch and the chef, Dononique Johnson sent out raw food and overcooked food. Her whole arrangement was... awful. Dont come here. Read more
Disappointed. We were so excited that they were back open went around 7pm on a Saturday. The hostess walked past us a few... times ignoring us but we were patient. Finally she came to the hostess stand and told is they would not be able to serve usbecause they were far too busy and under staffed. Also she blamed the cook for not being able to keep up amd stated he was notdoing a very good job. The dinning room was the only room being used and was not full. I understand that my be out of anyone'scontrol but it was just two of us and restaurant wasn't set to close until 9pm. We used to come to Surlas prior to Covid..hoping things get better.
