Ordered on the app. When I arrived they hadn't even started on the order. I went inside, and the employees ignored me. Finally... someone asked if I needed to order. I told them I had an app order. The counter was filthy. When I received my order I had tolook for a clean table to check my order. They forgot the drink. I had to shout to them twice to get a cup. There were no strawsor lids out front. I had to shout twice to get a straw and lid. From now on I'll go elsewhere for food. Read more

The staff at night are the best, the manager for the night crew is cool and friendly. The day manager, the round one can be rude... at times. My suggestion would be to visit the store at night. They also prepare food quickly most of the time. Read more
