Just waited online for nearly an hour bc just to be greeted by the slowest, most miserable and rude worker who couldn't hate his... life more than he does. Then I asked for 1 sweet and sour and he wanted .38 cents. 1 sauce, that's it. He told me I only got aburger, fries and drink and asked why I should get a free sauce with that. I know my money and opinion will have no effect onthis Wendy's or any other, but I will never give this particular store another penny. Read more
I would like to start by saying this, I love a good Wendy's. This place made me sad. The food was terrible, the drinks were... terrible and the service was terrible. I ordered a Apple Pecan salad and a couple of times and each time they always forget theBleu cheese on the actual salad. Other times they always forget the dressing or pecans. I always have to check and it was untiltoday that I remembered that they ALWAYS forget something, and sure enough no Bleu cheese. The team told me they were out ofbleu cheese, I wish i was told when i ordered otherwise i would have ordered something else. The drinks were disgusting justpure syrup, I had to add water at home.
