Showed up at 11am but doors were locked, even though people were inside, and no sign on the door. After a few minutes of... waiting, employee came out and stated they were closed for another 30 minutes due to a catering order. Would have been nice ifthey had some kind of sign or something to indicate that. Read more
Food isn't nearly as fresh or high quality as Chipotle, which is across the road. It cost just as much, though. The staff did... not inspire confidence, overhearing, "check the expiration date", which I guess is a good thing to do, but not what I want tohear. This was my 1st time eating Pancheros. I was so excited, new establishment, High expectations! Sadly disappointed. The food... tasted good. The rest was very mediocre. Glass partition between customers and food was cracked/broken, wasn't nearly as cleanas should be, soda machine had no ice, dirty tables. 4-5 people working there and we walked in to a completely empty restaurant.But we made the best of it and enjoyed the view of John Deere express way and all the traffic!! 11:45am 09/07/22 The food was great. Unfortunately the place was severely understaffed for lunch rush. They had to lock the... doors to try and control the amount of people. One of the counter guys(wears a hat with big bushy ponytail) was kind of useless, kept saying he was so tired, even laid his head on the counter by drive thru while there was 4ppl in line. Maybe that's why hekeeps disappearing on the other guy. Every time he went to the door to let people know why the door was locked, he neverchanged his gloves....the other guy behind the counter was wonderful, trying to keep things going, never got flustered, keeping conversation light.
