Too long of wait times to be seated, usually have empty tables but no one cleaning them or sitting people, hostess and wait... staff hide in kitchen and seem irritated when people ask them for help or come in! Messaged management about this only received" sometimes they wait for kitchen or waiters to catch up before seating people" i explained id stop with my complaint becauseit appeared was only going to get excuses, she claimed it wasnt an excuse but trying to explain their reasoning to me.
