My husband and I came here for lunch on a random Wednesday afternoon. It was a beautiful day and we sat outside... which is a... lovely setting. Nice atmosphere, great gardens, and very nice service. The food was a little subpar. The Maryland crab soup was extremely... salty. The crab frittata wasn't as flavorful as others I've had for much less money. I'd come back because, like I said it was anice environment, but I won't be having any crab here. Also, the terrace was pleasant, except for the numerous flies. We askedfor the ceiling fans to be turned on and they tried but the one over us would not come on. Food was fantastic. Our server was great, although as with everywhere she had a lot of tables. As with everywhere, most places... are now short staffed. The people that are working, are working extra hard and doing their best There was one mix up with anentree that was ordered, but we had a large party. Had my wedding here in June 2022! We used the grounds for our ceremony and the tent for our reception. Everything turned out... beautifully. Nicole went out of her way to make sure everything was to our liking, and she helped us tremendously with ourceremony as well. We also requested a cannoli stand and they made it happen! Would highly recommend the MT if you are having awedding of 100 people or less! It was very affordable considering the sky high prices most venues charge.
