The Buger King on Telegraph road in Monroe is terrible! We went thru the drive thru tonight & after waiting 50 minutes in line... with only 3 cars in front of me, they lost our order. I demanded my money & left. Terrible! If they are short handed, they needto close. The manager never said he was sorry & the employee was rude! Numerous other cars left. Read more
The food is always fresh, and the customer service is great.
Corporate should do surprise visits to this location every time you order they leave something out if they don't give you the... wrong order completely and whether you get the right order with missing items or not it would also be nice to have a straw withyour drink once in awhile Read more
The staff at this BK are amazing. Morning crew and evening. I guess it could be said that customer service at a fast food... restaurant doesn?t matter but it?s always nice to be able to grab a quick meal and be treated with respect and kindness duringthe process.
