Our server Michelle was the best ever! Went to the Monroe location! She was the whip! Fast, efficient and very friendly! I tried... something new, a soy Salmon bowl that was insane! It has those great Brussels with that glaze that is also on the salmon and hasa rice and edamame. This dish is a must try! Light, delish full of flavor and very delightful! Read more
Update: After a my raving review which I still stand behind, I've had to modify it since last weekend. We returned to this... restaurant with the entire family only a week later and had a very different experience. We were immediately told that theArgentine Shrimp is no longer available as the the company was losing money on them and stocks were not being renewed. Then wewaited about 45 minutes for the food to arrive, no appetizers and was told we were allowed to reorder 1 shrimp choice at a time. We sat most of the time waiting for the next order to arrive. My Daughter wanted some ketchup for her hamburger so we waitingjust long enough that I got up and went to the kitchen and asked for some. Was it busy there? No, did I get impression that mygroup was a bother... Oh ya. previous review: We drove from Toledo to this red lobster location. I wish I could give thisplace 6 stars. Clean, friendly (thanx Shannon!), hot food that was so good it was obviously prepared by someone or someone’swho are very professional at what they do. Awesome clean restaurant. Our waitress was a pretty tall bond lady as I can't remember her name but awesome service. The meal... was delicious, I had salmon and lobster plate. Food was fresh and hot. Seasoned well. Very professional and pleasant waitstaff. I'll definitely go back. Read more
Annaka behind the bar made my evening! I’m traveling for business, ordered the Monday special. It was not Monday. It was... Sunday and there were no specials. Without missing a beat, she recommended a menu item that was similar with NO SHAMING! Iordered my steak medium well, again no shaming, when the steak arrived she asked me to cut it to make sure it’s to my liking.Brown w/ faintest of pink, it was perfect and she offered me steak sauce. She gave a little history on the local IPA and let metaste it, also wonderful, so I ordered the mega-pint.
