I use to like subway but recently they stopped honoring printed coupons, and have gotten more expensive. Unfortunately their... quality has not gone up with the price so subway no longer seems worthwhile. The app is not useful for elderly folk and you willnot be seeing me again. A business who prints coupons and does not honor them is dishonest and I hope everyone who sees thiswill feel the same. You should have thought about the costs before printing the coupons. Read more

They gave us a sub and a bowl. Called them. The girl on the phone argued with me that'swhat I ordered. Told her no, the store receipt shows 2 subs. Still argued till she "pulled it up" yup, I was right. Go back toget the sub. Come home sit down to eat, no bacon on either sub (funny, the bowl had bacon) called again said to come back. Um,no, not making 3 trips for one meal. They said I could get them later. Ok, I will do that, but will no longer deal with subway.Deleted all my app account info, cards, unsubscribed from emails.
