This is the second time I?ve went to this bojangles and ordered two Cajun filet sandwiches combo with fries and orange juice.... This is the second time that I?ve saw the manager Terry fixing my order with NO GLOVES ON and then he proceeds to have anattitude and say ?we not required to wear gloves? which I know is a lie because working around food you need to have gloves on!I?m so sick of him and something needs to be done about it. The Bojangles in Monroe are the worst restaurants I've ever visited! 8out 10 times I've visited either one of the restaurants... they're out of this or out of that and this is early in the evening. Went to one around 7:30 pm to order a 2pc leg and thighmeal and was told that they didn't have any bone-in chicken. Seriously what the Blake do you serve here. Most of the time theyhave this side order or that side order. Sorry but you just can't get what you want at Bojangles in Monroe. Read more
Unorganized, very slow, out of chicken consistently ("It will be ready in 25 minutes...."), horrible sanitation practices... (actually saw a worker put the drive thru sauce tray on the dirty floor and fill it). You have been warned, dine at your ownrisk. Read more
Witnessed multiple health code violations just from the drive thru window... Employee touching cell phones and then touching... food with the same gloves.... Employee s consuming food and beverages at work stations, while preparing food. Poor Management! Read more

This is the worst Bojangles I have ever been in. First of all, it takes them FOREVER to take your order even when they are not... busy. They are all goofing around and acting like their customers don?t matter. Secondly, no one is out on the floor cleaning.The window seals are terrible with bugs, trash on them. They should consider on getting new employees at this location. Sad tosee this place being runned down. Look at the other reviews if you don?t believe me. Read more
