One of the specialies, the pupusas, are handmaid toorder and feature a perfect blend of savory white cheese and hand rolled, crisp, tortilla like covering. Traditional fruitdrinks are served along with 'ochata' a sweetened rice milk high in carbs and taste. Panaderia Quetzal is a traditional mom andpop eatery that comfortably seats upwards of fifty people, Panaderia Quetzal offers a full menu and regional fare fromGuatemala, El Salvador and Nicaragua. The service is terrific and most orders are served within 10 to 15 minutes I can notrecommend this restaurant enough, especially for those looking for a spicy break from all too ubiquitous Mexican food.
