I?ll be calling to speak to the manager- this is about the principle of the matter- all of America participates in National... coffee day and this Dunkin advertised it outside and when you pull up - they go we don?t participate- our system is down etcetc- disappointed in this local Dunkin! I am frequent visited to this place. The staff is very rude they always mess up my order. Not kind enough to get it fixed very... racist and rude staff. The main guy here at DD is very arrogant and racist. He was getting frustrated and passing out commentsto replace my wrong order. I donot recommend going to this place. Read more
Worst store I ever visited in my life! I can't even imagine employees can be such rude and racist!! My teen daughter was with me... and we had two separate gift cards in phone.. employee denied to give donuts even though we were placing separate order and eachother had additional $ to be paid on top of gift card limit. Then we went to another Dunkin on Applegarth road just 2 miles awayand got all stuff with no objections at all.. Do not go to this Dunkin store unless you are starving to death and no option leftin whole world! Read more
I frequented this location. But, on 7/4/22 picking up coffee and bagels via drive through the employee was very very rude. Wont... even put hot coffee cups in a cup holder and hand it over. Exteremely rude in actions and talk. Owner should take note of this. Both applegarth locations are owned by same owner but, never had such experience at the other location by walgreens.
