Ok so I ordered a heart shaped cookie cake with ?SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS? on it in orange! The writing on the cake looked like a 2... year old wrote it! It was terrible and the manager or whatever that old lady was just looked at me like I was speaking in aforeign language letting her no that that chicken scratch was unacceptable!!!!
