By far the worst Pinkberry location I?ve ever been to. Not because of the employee who helped us, she was actually trying to be... very nice about everything. But instead it?s because of the greedy owners of this branch. They don?t participate in thePinkberry reward system, they don?t have their restrooms open, their actual yogurt cups and sizes are a 1.25$ more than anyother Pinkberry location and their actual yogurt cups aren?t even the pinkberry cups! They?re random cups without the pinkberrylogo, like they?re too cheap to use brand ones. I also noticed that the employee has to be so precise with her scoops and shehad to measure how much yogurt she put in a cup, which is something I?d never seen before at any other location. As I wassitting down finishing my yogurt I overheard who I?m assuming were the people in charge or the owners, and they started gettingon the employees case about a mistake that involved an extra scoop of something and the employee not charging the people enoughor something, and I understand everyone runs things differently, but the vibe of this place was that they would charge you tobreathe if they could. I love pinkberry with a passion, but I will never be coming back to this overpriced and stingy location. Read more

Original is my favorite with almond toppings. Place is nice in old town monrovia
Our family stopped by today and was greeted warmly and served yummy frozen yogurt by the younger gal and slightly older... (possibly owner) guy working the counter. The store itself was sparkling clean with tables safely distanced from one another.The yogurt and toppings were top notch as every Pinkberry has always been. We'll be back next time we're in town!
