Place was empty but had to wait for a table cause they couldn’t sit us at the 4 people tables and add a chair. Also bathroom... was hella dirty and employees acted like they didn’t want to bother with anyone. Food was ok tho. Read more

UPDATE: Below it says BWW wants to "make it right" and I should contact them. Well, the link they provided didn't lead anywhere... but I found the page they mentioned and filled out their form as requested. Here's what I received: "Thank you for contactingus at Buffalo Wild Wings. We appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback. We are sorry for your disappointment inour new takeout fees. With rising costs, this service fee became an unfortunate necessity for operations. Thank you forsubmitting your feedback, and we look forward to serving you soon. Sincerely, Buffalo Wild Wings Guest Relations" Gee, theyapparently don't understand the words "make it right." But back to my original complaint: It seems that Buffalo Wild Wings isgoing out of its way to alienate it's long time customers. I've been a regular at BWW in the various states I've lived for over20 years. And for 20 years I've enjoyed the food, often taking work to do while I ate lunch. Sadly, those days aregone. They've had a variety of "wing Tuesday" specials over the years. Each change brought them more revenue and the customerless "special." Last year they went from BOGO free to BOGO 50%. This seemingly minor change increased the cost per order greatlywhen measured in dollars rather than percentages. But still, my friends and I liked the server and enjoyed the wings so we keptgoing. But they were hardly done. They've now instituted a "takeout service fee" to cover some unexplainable thing, because whenI asked for specifics about what they are charging the fee for there was no answer forthcoming. Back in the day if youpurchased a new car there was a charge marked ADP. The car dealers had to get rid of the charge when it came out that theinitials stood for "Additional Dealer Profit." But BWW has found a way to bring it back. Tell me again BWW, why should I keeppatronizing you? Read more

Eminently skippable. Take out was ready 15 mins later than promised, never got the sauce for my dessert, and staff tried to... shuffle me out the door without the drink I'd paid for. All of this after having already paid a more than 20% tip. Not tomention the barely-there parking concentrated on the opposite side of the building from the entrance. Definitely not rushing tocome back. Read more

The food was good, the wings were crunchy and tasty. The best was our server Jimmy, he was accommodating, and offered good... suggestions and good jokes. Great customer service. I would suggest the management to lower the volume of the screens inside therestaurant, It was way too loud. It would better up the environment and would be enjoyable. Obviously, we eat in the patio whereit was calm yet fun. Read more

First off let me say For a place that’s known for wing should probably stick to wings, I didn’t have a huge appetite, but... for the ultimate nachos being my main course it came in a really small plate, honestly if I wanted to spend $20 on nachos I’dexpect better, jalapeños literally tasted like they came out of an expired jar, cheese wasn’t even melted all the way, brisket was a hard and chewing (tasted as if it was sitting out for a while) and the flavor wasn’t all the way there, howeverthe water tasted great lol Probably wouldn’t recommend the nachos. Other than that service was great but could’ve been a bitpunctual when it came to drinks, I noticed I had to wave down a couple waiters till I had to get a refil on my water. Read more
