Drinks weren't the greatest but worst of all was the service. Very rude and told us we had to leave at 9:15 when the store... doesn't close til 10. Don't come. .... I apologize you are correct it was 9:20. The employee working told us to leave becausethey were closing up. She was rude and unfriendly. Read more

Awful customer service. Charged me 4 times refused to give back my money. Person hung up on the phone. Refused to let me speak... to the manager. The person I spoke to was the shift leader. This is in reply to the owners response. Apparently its okay toinsult the customer. I did check my account. I was charged 4x times. The shift leader told me to come in. Thats where I have theissue. Your machine was having problems. Was not my fault at all. Then for the shift leader to hang up on me was veryunprofessional. I go to this location often. Now I will not. I know people that go to this location as well. They will no longerbe going to your establishment. Next time do not respond and insult a customer that you are relying on to stay in business. I trusted this brand because my first order of dirty brown sugar drink left a good impression. However, the second order was... just awful. The regular milk tea tasted cheap and unhealthy, and their tea drink was below average. I gave this brand anothertwo chances, I regret it. The drinks were so bad that I had to throw away. I don?t know what sugar they use. The sweetness mademy head and heart very uncomfortable. I don?t have these feelings when having other sweet drink.
