Sat at stall 21 for 11 min waiting on someone to take my order. Only 2 cars in the lot. Finally had to go thru the dt. 4 ppl... inside doing nothing but standing around. Order was wrong. Had to drive all the way back. I am a local and I am thoroughlydisgusted at how poorly this place is run!!! Read more
Parked at one of the order sations could not get anyone to respond to take my order I pushed the button several times no... response so I drove around to the drive through. There were three young ladies just standing around talking and one setting andit diffenetly wasn't busy. I had got my order promptly which the burger was cold I should've gone somewhere else but mygranddaughter likes the chili cheese fries. Monteagle sonic diffenetly doesn't have the best work crew. I normally don't eat at this sonic because they are known commonly in the community for messing up orders compared to the one in... South Pittsburg where Jasper. But I took a chance because it's been a while since I've ate there, totally regretted it. After Igot my food through the drive-through I checked my burger to make sure that they didn't put anything on there that I didn't askfor and discovered that the bun was completely molded. After taking the burger back the young manager comes out and offers me arefund on my card and hands me these coupons that are supposedly good at any sonic location. After she hurries back inside Inoticed that the coupon says only valid at THAT Sonic. I understand that everyone is short staffed right now but quality checkand food control is messing with people and their health. Read more
My fiance used to work there as a manager. She quit on the 4th of July. We just went to get us some food due to that being my... favorite place to eat and were refused service. My fiance has done nothing wrong and has not caused a scene. She simply quit herjob. The gm has threatened to fire her employees for not telling us to leave when we have done nothing wrong. Can somebody fixthis mess? This is also our daughter's favorite place to eat. This is wrong and petty. Have been told that there is an"investigation" against her but won't tell us what about and it has been over a month. Sounds to me like the gm has let herposition go to her head. I was at a stall earlier today, got some drinks and food. The lady that gave me my food was very nice. She wore glasses and I... think she had blonde hair. I tipped her $5. But the food was cold and the drinks tasted like they were watered down. I didn?twant to bother her because she was so nice, I drove around to the drive thru and saw that everyone was standing around doingnothing except for that one girl and someone else. I am very disappointed with how this place is being ran. It used to be sogood. Would not recommend unless you like your food cold and sodas to taste like water. Read more
