Me and my uncle came out to enjoy the heritage festival. We thought it would be nice to come eat here. We had a server come up... to us and asked if we had a reservation. We didn't so she said we couldn't be seated but she'll ask. Then left us and didn'ttalk to anyone like as if we couldn't see her. Then after waiting about 10 min maybe, another lady, possibly the manager askedif we had been helped. My uncle told her no that we were waiting to be seated. For reference there were many tables open. Thelady came back and seated us. The original lady who took off and didn't talk to anyone got upset and asked my uncle why we weresitting. He had to tell her that the manager seated us, so she went to go ask. Then we were given very limited menus and askedwith attitude what we wanted to drink. I was too nervous to say what I really wanted since I felt very unwanted there. I justordered the same drink as my uncle. Another group had entered the restaurant behind us and was seated. They left before a drinkorder was even taken. They had felt very uncomfortable with what was going on and how they were being treated. My uncle said hefelt like they were under pressure. I told him it looked as though they had a large party coming, which is fine but theyshould've said that to begin with and not allow other customers into the restaurant. They have an all you can eat buffet until 3PM. It's cheap, $17.99 per person, and they have a decent amount of choices. The... waitress that started attending us, did not bring our drinks and didn't check up on us. A waiter was bringing drinks for a tablenext to us and he helped us out. I can only give it 3 stars for the temperatureinside the restaurant, I couldn't enjoy my food. The temperature outside was just... as heated as inside minus the sun. Their AC was on, but you couldn't tell that it was. The food seemed to be okay; so I'll haveto visit it again in the Fall season.
