We take enjoyed our meal there. The food was delicious, we had dinner. Our server was very nice. The view of the bay was awesome... as there were a thousand seals that took over the place and were really fun to watch. The prices were reasonable. We wouldreturn. Read more
Oh my goodness!!! The best place to eat on the Old Fisherman's Wharf! Amazing staff! Our waitress, Ameron was super friendly,... polite, fast service and great with my kiddos! This restaurant and ALL of its staff is super nice and kid friendly! The calamariwas amazing and every single bite was piping hot! The kids LOVED the calamari! The Cold Shrimp and Crab Sandwich was a melt inyour mouth wonderland of yummy tastes! Best bread bowl in ALL of Monterey! You MUST get the bread bowl!!! Best service in ALL ofMonterey!!!! We visited here on a Saturday, early afternoon for a late lunch. We managed to walk in as there were lots of free tables inside.... They have a nice view into the harbour where you can watch the sea lions frolic without the usual noise! The menu has goodchoice but not allot of local seafood. The only local option I could see were the sardines, which weren't available when I triedto order them. I had the roasted garlic starter, which is huge and could easily be a main. Then my group had the fish and chips,and calamari and chips. The chips are most probably ready cut frozen so not great. The third main dish- crab Sandwich- came outas a chicken sandwich which I sent back. Unfortunately, the wait for the correct dish took so long, everyone had finished eatingby the time it arrived. So not a great experience there. There are probably better seafood places on the pier, but overall itwas average. Read more
